Misty Allen is a Business Solutions Manager responsible for managing the global Marketing & Customer Data Business Analyst teams at National Instruments (NI). 

She has over 7 years experience at NI providing successful business solutions to meet NI’s business goals in Customer Data Management, Marketing, and Lead Management. This includes NI’s CDI initiative that focuses on understanding the customer to provide better customer service & internal business value. 

Prior to this initiative, she has helped lead many successful CRM projects, including large scale Oracle implementations.

She also holds a MBA from Texas Tech University.
