All ads should be high resolution pdf, print ready, scaled to the appropriate size without crop marks and submitted on a CD ROM.
10/3/2008 Staff Registration forms due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.
9/12/2008 Freeman warehouse shipping begins
Onsite orders are marked up an additional 30%
10/6/2008 Freeman Discount Price Deadline
10/13/2008 Freeman warehouse shipping ends

Decorator/Electrical/Telephone/Internet Connection

Please refer to the Freeman exhibitor kit. All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $895 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by October 3, 2008.

You will receive an email with your login and password information. If you have not received this please contact Custom Registration, Inc. at (817) 635-4145 or email webreg@customreg.com.

Full conference badge passes allows for all access to the conference, including: entrance into the general sessions, the exhibit hall, all coffee breaks, lunches, exhibit Hall receptions, and provides that person with a complete set of conference materials and access to the hall during non-hall hours including move-in/out.

Additional full conference staff badges above the complimentary allotment can be purchased at the special rate of $895 each.

Booth Staff badge passes allows for all access to the Exhibit Hall during Non-Hall Hours including move-in/out. Booth staff badges can be purchased at the special rate of $99 each.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Hilton NY Hotel, New York City, NY. Hotel at a special discounted rate of $399.00 (not including sales tax) To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly on 1-800-HILTONS or log onto http://www.hilton.com and mention that you are attending the MDM FALL SUMMIT. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the early Bird group rate is Friday, September 26th 2008. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Friday, September 12 2008 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Monday, October 13 2008. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed below not before Monday, October 13.
